New: Project Home and Custom Question Workflow
As we continue to update the Custom Question feature, Custom Question Admins and Instructors with Custom Question access will now have a new Projects Home for their Custom Question Projects wherein they will have important dates corresponding to their project and the ability to add custom question surveys to the project.
Clicking on the Project Name (either from the Custom Question Widget or Custom Question Projects page) will take the user to the new Project Home page.
Clicking on Add Survey button, the user will land on this new page where they can select a survey and then click on Next to choose the destination(s).
The user will then be able to choose which courses will receive the selected custom question survey. Custom Question Admins will be able to select hierarchy levels and/or individual courses. Instructor will be able to select individual courses. Additionally, the user can also view the selections made on the right side panel.
Once user clicks on Finish & Add, the survey and its destination(s) will be added to the project and will display on the Project Home. From here, user can choose to add more surveys to the project.
If the user wishes to either preview the selected survey, or adjust destinations, or remove the survey, user can click on the options menu corresponding to the survey and choose the appropriate action.
New: Results Home
Within the Results drop-down, we have introduced a new Results Home, an easy-to-use, interactive, and insightful reporting experience. Administrators and Faculty with access to reports will now have a centralized place for their reporting needs. This is the first phase of updates being made to our reporting evolution.
NOTE: As a Watermark Labs release, it will continue to evolve and we welcome feedback on what you think works well and where you think we can improve this functionality. It is currently only available in English. Results Home will be available by default to new customers. Existing customers can Submit A Request to have Results Home enabled in their account.
Users with access to reports will now have a visual representation of their reports and the purpose of each report to help them identify which report they should run. NOTE: Only reports made available to your users will appear in this section
Users will also have a Project Spotlight area wherein they can choose to view results for a specific project, course(s), and question. For this first iteration, only main survey questions are included.
NOTE: Access follows existing data access rules from the Report Setup tab of a project, question settings from a survey question, and/or thresholds from project results report settings. For example, if you have Restricted Results based on number of responses, that restriction will be taken into account here.
