UPDATED: Users can now easily download a PDF of a survey directly from the Survey Options menu.
Survey creators now have the convenience of exporting their surveys to PDF directly from the Options menu of the survey. While the Export to PDF feature remains accessible at the top of the page during survey editing, this enhancement provides a quicker and more straightforward way to generate a PDF without having to navigate through the edit survey process.
NOTE: The Export option does not allow a user to export the survey and then import the survey somewhere else in the system. It simply exports to a PDF.
UPDATED: Login URL placeholder has been renamed to Passwordless Login URL
The "Login URL" placeholder has been renamed to "Passwordless Login URL" to better emphasize its functionality. This change serves as a reminder to users creating Communications that the personal, individualized links that are replaced by the Passwordless Login URL placeholder are automatically authenticating links and do not require a username or password. As always, users should not be sharing their personal links with other users.
NOTE: Users DO NOT have to update any existing placeholders in existing communications as a result of this change. The placeholder still appears the same and functions the same in communications as it did previously. Only the name has been updated.
