NEW Watermark Labs Feature: Dynamic Reporting
Dynamic Reporting is a new on-screen, interactive reporting experience which allows the user to see response data in real-time, without having to generate and download a report. More information about this feature can be found in our Coming Soon: Dynamic Reporting article.
UPDATE: Removed the Need for CES Administrators to Create Passwords for Manually-Created Users
CES Administrators will no longer need to create a password when creating users manually in the user interface. Most users (Node Admins, Instructors, TAs, and Students) access CES through links so they will not need to create or maintain a password. Users who do log directly into their CES account (only CES Administrators typically) can use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page to set up their password the first time the try to log in.
NEW: Institutional Branded Emails
Outgoing emails sent from the Communications tab of Projects can now have either a school logo or a Watermark logo in all outgoing emails. If you would like this new feature enabled, please reach out to Support using our Submit A Request form.
CES Administrators can already upload a logo under Account > Customize Login Page, Student View, & Messages. That logo would appear at the top of the page when users were interacting with CES. This new feature allows the logo to be used in outgoing communications as well.
Once enabled by Support, a new option entitled Use Custom Logo for Outgoing Emails? will appear under Account> Outgoing Email Settings. If this option is set to Yes, the school logo will appear in outgoing emails. If set to No, the Watermark logo will appear in outgoing emails.
NOTE: This option is set to No by default so if the CES Administrator asks for this to be enabled, they will want to make sure that they have a logo upload and that they have this setting set to Yes for the school logo to appear.
