Administrator: Report Builder - Report Sharing

This feature allows CES Administrators, Administrators and Instructors to share reports created in Report Builder.

NOTE

Both Report Builder and Report Builder 2.0 are available in customer accounts created prior to November 4, 2018, while only Report Builder 2.0 is available in customer accounts created on/after November 4, 2018.   1. After generating your report in Report Builder, click Share.

Share by Email

Share your report by sending an email with a link to the report.

  1. Input Your Email.
  2. Input Subject line for Email.
  3. Enter Recipient's Email(s). Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
  4. Create Email Text.
  5. Create Text that will display as the Report Link in email.
  6. Click Send Email.

Share with Course Evaluations & Surveys Users

Share your report with other users in your Course Evaluations & Surveys account.

  1. Click on the Share with Course Evaluations & Surveys Users tab.
  2. Search for user by Name, Username, Email, Course Unique ID, User Type or Hierarchy Level.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Select User(s) to share report.
  5. Click Share with Selected Users.
  6. These users will appear below under Report is Shared with.

View a Shared Report

  1. When users login into their Course Evaluations & Surveys account, click on Results.
  2. Click on Report Builder.
  3. You can see any Shared Report under the Share column, which will display SharedS.
