New Watermark Labs Feature: Dynamic Reporting

Dynamic Reporting is an on-screen, interactive reporting experience which allows the user to see response data in real-time, without having to generate and download a report. 

NOTES:

• This feature will be released around March 13th and will be enabled automatically for CES Administrators.  CES Administrators can then enable the feature for other roles as they wish (see Permissions section below).

• As a Watermark Labs release, this feature will continue to evolve.  We welcome feedback on what you think works well and where you think we can improve this functionality. Expect further development of this feature in the fall.

Using Dynamic Reporting

1. Select a Project. Users can select to include anywhere from 1 to 5 projects.
2. (optional) Select Questions. If questions are not selected, the report will return results from all questions in the selected project(s) that the users has permission to view.
   1. Use the question lookup to find questions within certain projects or of a certain question type
      
      

Viewing Results

Results for all question types include response rate. Quantitative results contain mean, standard deviation, and a graph. Qualitative results contain response count as well as a window to view all write-in responses. For team taught questions, instructors view their own results while Administrators view write-in results for all instructors.

Permissions

Access to the Dynamic Report is managed through a permission in Account>Permissions. By default, the permission will be on for CES admin and off for all other roles.
