General Survey Project User Upload File Sample

This sample file can be used when uploading users into a Private General Survey project. The sample upload file contains four columns: FirstName, LastName, Email, and Username. Only email and username columns are required fields. However, if you wish to use the First Name, Last Name, or Full Name placeholders when sending emails from the Communications tab of the project, you will want to include the firstname and lastname columns as well. If you do not wish to use the naming placeholders in communications, you only need to include the required Email and Username columns.
