Customize Login Page, Student View, & Messages

Within Customize Login Page, Student View, & Messages, the EvaluationKIT Administrator can:

  • Customize the look of the EvaluationKIT account
  • Add text to the login page
  • Customize Denied Access Page text
  • Create a login page redirect URL
  • Display student username in top navigation
  • Display sign-out option to users
  • Create a logout URL
  • Customize a "No Active Survey" message

ACCESS

To access Customize Login Page, Student View, & Messages, navigate to:
  1. Account > Site Settings (section) > Customize Login Page, Student View, & Messages.

LOGIN PAGE & STUDENT VIEW

Customize Header Color - Upload Logo

  1. Here you can upload your institution's logo and a selected header/button color for your account. Under Layout Preview, Label Preview, and Button Preview, you can then see a preview of the student view with these options selected.

Select Desired Colors

  1. Click on Edit Header Color and Edit Button Color to choose the header and button colors for the student view in your EvaluationKIT account. You can also enter the specific HEX, or web color, code.
  2. Click Save.

Upload Logo

  1. Click on Browse and select logo file to upload. Note: Image type must be gif or jpg with max size of 300k.
  2. Click Save.



LOGIN PAGE

Add Text to Login Page

Here you have the option to add text to your EvaluationKIT login page. Text will display on the right-hand side of the page, next to the user sign in.
  1. Add desired content in the text field.
  2. Apply desired formatting.
  3. Click Save.





Denied Access Text

The denied access text will display to a user within our integrated solutions when a user clicks on a static link for EvaluationKIT in the LMS but does not have a user account in an EvaluationKIT project.
  1. Add desired content in the text field.
  2. Apply desired formatting.
  3. Click Save.



Login Page Redirect URL

Define a redirect URL to send users to another web page if they go directly to the institutions EvaluationKIT login page. For example, if you only want users to access EvaluationKIT via the link in your LMS, you can redirect them to the LMS login page.
  1. Add redirect URL (including HTTP or HTTPS).
  2. Click Save.



Display Student User Name in Top Navigation

Select this box to display the student username in the top navigation of the EvaluationKIT dashboard.
  1. Check box to enable.
  2. Click Save.





LOGOUT SETTINGS

Always Display Sign Out Option to User

Enable this to give the user the option to sign-out of EvaluationKIT.
  1. Check box to enable.
  2. Click Save.



Logout URL

Here you can customize the logout URL, which is the URL where users will be directed after clicking on the Sign Out link within their EvaluationKIT account.
  1. Add Logout URL (including HTTP or HTTPS).
  2. Click Save.



SURVEY MESSAGES

No Active Survey Message

The no active survey message appears to respondents when accessing EvaluationKIT during a time period where surveys have either not started or ended.
  1. Add desired content in the text field.
  2. Apply desired formatting.
  3. Click Save.
