This feature allows EvaluationKIT Administrators and Node Administrators the ability to monitor access to reporting within EvaluationKIT. This monitoring functionality can help summarize as a whole within your projects the percent of instructors and administrators who have viewed their results, in real-time and by a particular date. Also included in this feature is email functionality so Administrators can email all users in the project who have or haven't viewed their results.
NOTE
- Project Results Access Monitoring data will be available starting when the feature is enabled.
- Prior to the feature being enabled, any previous Project Results Access Monitoring data will not be included.
Enable Project Results Access Monitoring
- Navigate to Account Monitoring Settings.
- Select whether you’d like to log reporting access for Administrators and / or Instructors.
- Click Save.
Accessing Project Results Access Monitoring
- To access Project Results Access Monitoring via the Results Monitor Widget, enable the Widget under Account Site Settings Manage Dashboard
- Once enabled, an EvaluationKIT Administrator or Node Administrator can access the Results Monitoring Widget on their EvaluationKIT dashboard.
- EvaluationKIT Administrators can also access Results Monitoring via Account Monitoring Results Monitoring. Note: Only the EvaluationKIT Administrators can access this feature.
- Within the feature you can review real-time metrics for the percent of Instructors and Administrators who have viewed results within a project, as well as metrics for the last 24 hours. Click on the links in the metrics to view a filtered list of instructors or administrators.
- Use the Search functionality to filter the list of instructors or administrators by user information, user type, course unique id, and by those who have or have not viewed results.
- Click on the Email Selected Users feature to author and send an email to users selected in this section.
